Accessing Zoom and Logging in


For those hosting meetings, it is important that you access ZOOM in the appropriate way and use your Loyola credentials to log in to ensure you are receiving the proper access. Below are instructions on signing into ZOOM via the web as well as via the ZOOM application.

ZOOM Access via Web

  1. Navigate to
  2. Select the "Sign In" button.
  3. If you are already authenticated in another Loyola system, you will be automatically logged in, otherwise you will be redirected to the green Loyola Single Sign On (SSO) page.
  4. Enter your credentials and submit.

ZOOM Access via the App

  1. Launch the ZOOM application from your desktop.
  2. Locate the "Log in with SSO" button on the right side of the application window.
  3. The Sign in with SSO window will appear. Make sure that the Company Domain box reads loyola, and click Continue.
  4. A web browser will launch and will redirect to Loyola's SSO page.
  5. Enter your credentials, and follow two factor authentication prompts as necessary.
  6. You are now logged into the ZOOM application.
