How to Stop a Citrix Session in Raiser’s Edge


Occasionally, in Raiser's Edge, software as a service freezes in the middle of a process or there are too many records that cause your process to freeze. 


In the event that this happens, you may need to terminate the session. Below are the steps on how to perform this action:

1. Log in to Raiser’s Edge web view by visiting 

2. Click the Pancake Menu and select Database options.

3. Once the session loads, click the Terminate my sessions button.
