Two Factor Authentication for Students

Beginning in Fall 2018, students will have the option of adding Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to their Loyola email account.  Two Factor Authentication is a second layer of security that protects your account, even if someone obtains your password. With one click, you can use a device you have with you, like your smartphone, to ensure that it’s really you accessing your account. Let us know if you are interested in signing up for Two Factor Authentication when it is available.

Virus/Malware Issue

If you suspect that you have a virus or malware on your Loyola device, disconnect from the network immediately and call the Help Center at (410) 617-5555. You may also report the issue from another device using this form.
