Below you will find a cultivated list of self paced trainings that will help you get started with Microsoft Teams. If you have never used the tool, or feel as if you would rate your skills as "beginner", we recommend that you start with "What is O365" and "What is Microsoft Teams and then move through the beginner section of the Essential Training. From there, once you feel you are ready, feel free to jump into other topics as interest strikes.

Microsoft Teams Essential Training  (video based, 1 hour 3 minutes) -- In the first half of this LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) training you will learn how to:
  • Create a Team and add members
  • Join an existing Team
  • Create and manage Channels
  • Send and receive messages

Intermediate

Microsoft Teams Essential Training (video based, 49 minutes 90 seconds) -- In the second half of this Linkedin Learning training you will learn how to:

  • Share files
  • Add apps
  • Add and customize Channel tabs
  • Use the search feature
  • Adjust user settings
  • Access administrator settings
