Course Description

This self-guided training course is designed to familiarize Loyola employees with the Microsoft Teams Voice features, after they have been migrated from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams voice. 

Learning Objectives

By the end of this self-paced course, you will understand how to setup your desk phone, make and receive calls, manage calls and settings and learn more about the voicemail features in Microsoft Teams.

Online Self-Guided Training. New Employees at Loyola will be invited to take this training as apart of their Technology On boarding. Existing Loyola employees may take the training at anytime.
