The Employee Technology Training Center provides professional development training for software applications and other technological tools used by the University's faculty, administrators, staff & affiliates. We provide how-to trainings delivered virtually in using Microsoft Teams. We also provide quick start guides, tips and tricks and group training.

Meet your Trainer

Headshot of Anthony Lingerman, Technology Trainer at Loyola University MD.Anthony Lingerman, Technology Trainer, joins Loyola University from The Community College of Baltimore County, where he is also an Adjunct Faculty member. In his spare time he teaches Microsoft Office related continuing education courses. He holds an A.A. in General Studies, a B.S. in Psychology and is currently finishing his M.A. in Adult Education & Training. He is passionate about the important role that technology plays in education. He has previously worked for Apple Inc for over 9 years in various consumer, corporate sales and technical support roles.
